Our Mission is to promote voluntary compliance with ordinances and codes and enforce contractor regulations in accordance with state and local laws. We are dedicated to protecting the health, safety, and welfare of our community and preserving property values.Over 1,600 square miles of unincorporated Palm Beach County is covered by the Code Compliance Division. The Contractor Regulations section certifies and regulates contractors with over 50 different construction trades countywide.
